Is it me or has TeXas gone soft?
A woman is dead, flame me but I don't care about the comment she shouldn't have pursued them per company policy.
To me, that's like saying off-duty policeman should abrogate their oath when they see a crime committed or that good samaritans shouldn;t get involved.
Defrauding an innkeeper/business is a crime, not a big one in and of itself, but the irresponsible act on the part of the perps precipitated this and led to a death.
Sympathies and condolences to the young woman's family. And shame on you , legal system.

That sounds like a more appropriate charge for the passengers. I am still wondering why they won't release the name of the older guy.

Bennigan's officials declined to say whether alcohol was served to the teenagers that night in their restaurant. Why not? I'm curious to know if the woman killed served these underage teens alcohol.
I'm sure their lawyers would too.
Is it possible they could off because of this?.

The relative said she thought Ms. Foust would not have been involved in Ms. Sanchez's death if she had not been involved with the man police are looking for. Oh good, there is a man we can blame for this. He wasn't driving; he apparently wasn't even in the car. But it's his fault. We can all rest easier now. For a minute there it sounded like they were going to hold this poor woman responsible for her actions.
