All that NEW job creation will be in Mexico and China..it will hasten their moves out of the country by putting more money in the hands of corps

The rich will get richer and industial and some teck workers will see their jobs go off shore more quickly

401(k)'s won't really benefit other than appreciation in stock prices. These dividends are not taxed until they are distributed and I do not think this is changing.
