You will not write a letter to your Congressman and to your Senators; whereas the soccer moms will.
The law will be renewed in 2004.
The President will sign it.
You will vote for the Republican candidate anyway.
Of course. The other side is so unspeakably evil that it would be unthinkable to do otherwise.
You will not write a letter to your Congressman and to your Senators; whereas the soccer moms will.

I'd like to add one more prediction to your list: There will be scores of Rinos on FR saying that Bush did absolutely the right thing by re-signing that anti-American, fascist/socialist law, and will call anyone with the gall to disagree with the CIC a "single-issue nut," or "selfish and hopelessly idealistic."
You will not write a letter to your Congressman and to your Senators; whereas the soccer moms will.

One more:
Pictures of the President signing this into law will be posted on the "Day in the Life" thread, followed by 150 cooing responses of: "Oooooooo, isn't it just dreamy the way his hand muscles flex when he's signing bills into law? Laura is soooooo lucky to wake up next to him every day."
I'm sure that GHWB thought he would get away with stupid stuff too.
