No but using human shields is a war crime. It doesn't matter if the shield volunteers or not.

However, I believe that a serious case for treason could be made. After all, what she is doing is giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

Well, I don't know if this is exactly what you're looking for but I think it's just as appropriate ...

4th Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, Part 3, Article 1, Section 28:
"The presence of a protected person (aka civilian noncombatant) may not be used to render certain points or areas immune from military operations."
