In about 600 years, though, the little asteroid could start looping around Earth like a distant mini-moon for about 40 years before returning to its cat-and-mouse ways

Is this the same asteroid-moon that was reported last year? That would make it either moon #3 or moon #4 whichever it is, after moon #1 [pizza pie in the sky] and Cruithne.
