I'm glad O'Reilly is on this. I don't get it.....don't President Bush and Ashcroft realize that when they allow crooks like this off, it undermines the confidence of citizens that they are doing the right thing? This and Ruben getting off scot free in the Enron mess really makes me wonder.

It's always been said that even if you go to Washington broke, you will leave a millionaire...
The cash must flow like an artesian well...Just depends how big of a bucket you want to tote around...You don't want to cap off that well...You may get a little thirsty too...

I am and have been a hard core Republician for a long time and I have been extremely disappointed with GW. In not any particular order:
1) To not demand Colin Powell's resignation for to many reasons to list. Namely getting the UN involved in our foriegn affairs and other PeaceNik double-speak.
2) The almost done deal with Pres. Fox of Mexico on immigration right before 9-11. AND what is the deal with the whipserings of including Mexico into our Social Security system. mercy :(
3)Spend and spend again Mr. President. Not in the true Republicican playbook. He'd make a any hardcore Liberal proud.
4) Attempting to be to much to to many. Anyone remember the FarmBill? HUGE! and yes honey we need to eat but look into it, wish I had a cut under the terms that passed in it.
Why did he let Clinton slide on Marc Rich??? I understand tons of evidence. Look the other way?? Liberals would have crucified US! Torcelli??? give me a break.
5) What about our borders Mr. President??
6) Losing our Bill of Rights and the infrigement of the Constitution just so people will feel "safe". What an illusion. You'll see.
7) INS policy just to be Politically Correct. Too many more to list.
8) His push for tort reform against the medical community. He'll say attorneys but Frist is in place just for this purpose I believe. I work in a hospital, folks you don't want that to happen I promise.
I am in agreement in foriegn policy, the tax cut, and ahem....hmmmm, give me a sec., oh in the choice of his beautiful wife Laura, and hmmmm.
The bottom line IMO is he wants to give, give, and give some more. Our falling dollar and trade deficit are taking us a little closer to the financial brink. The interest is going to exponentially be the final nail. Who is going to finally pay for all this???
Mercy in Heaven! Doom and Gloom I'm not. It's reality IMO here and now. You are entitled to life as you see it.
So few want to expose and view things in the light of His truth anymore. Or to afraid to speak out and let your yea be yea, and nays, nays. In peace.

Got us in a bind, don't they? Either accept Bush as a conservative republican or you can vote democratic. Libertarians are looking better everyday, imo.

Leaders in both major parties are in on these scams. They quietly bury these investigations because the trail of payoffs leads to too many doorsteps of both parties.

ELECTRICAL WORKERS (IBEW)
DOL Sues Union Fund Tied to Clinton-Crony McAuliffe
The U.S. Dep't of Labor filed suit May 5 against two trustees of the $8.3 billion Nat. Electrical Benefit Fund charging improper dealings between the fund and top Clinton-fundraiser Terence R. McAuliffe. According to DOL, NEBF trustee John Grau and ex-trustee Jack F. Moore imprudently lent over $6 million in pension assets. NEBF is operated jointly by the Int'l Bhd. of Electrical Workers, from which Moore retired as secretary in 1997, and the Nat. Electrical Contractors Ass'n, of which Grau is a vice president.
The scam involved a $6 million loan in 1992 to Columbia Land & Development Corp. of Orlando to buy a subdivision called Country Run which was to be developed into 545 lots. McAuliffe and his wife, Dorothy S. McAuliffe, own Columbia. The loan was in default from Dec. 1992 to Oct. 1997. DOL says NEBF should have known the loan couldn't be repaid in full with interest. The suit seeks the trustees to reimburse the fund for losses, including interest.
The McAuliffes also own Am. Capitol Management, a partner with NEBF in a separate investment called Am. Capitol Group I Assets LP, which guaranteed payment of the Columbia loan. In a separate 1991 investment, NEBF paid $38.7 million to buy five apartment complexes and a shopping center near St. Petersburg. The partnership bought the properties from the Resolution Trust Corp., which had taken control of them from a bank in receivership that had been owned by McAuliffe's father-in-law.
DOL alleges NEBF imprudently purchased a $2.45 million interests in ACGIA, a move that reduced the value of the ACM guarantee on the Columbia loan. McAuliffe's holdings in ACM had been collateral for the loan. The suit further alleges trustees made one of the purchases in the ACM partnership even though the Columbia loan was in default. The pension fund then reportedly sold its share of the partnership and the Columbia loan to ACM at a loss. [Pensions & Investments 5/17/99]

As chairman of the Global Crossing company, Winnick moved the corporate headquarters to Bermuda so he could dodge U.S. taxes, was paid millions in salary and made more than $730 million from various deals involving the company's stock. The problem was that at the same time Winnick was winning, the company was losing. Finally, it sunk. A year ago, Global Crossing declared bankruptcy with as much as $42 billion in debt. Which part of this is illegal?

Oh boy, a "I am a real conservative and I hate Bush" thread.
You guys must really be sad. You don't like Democrats, you don't like Republicans, you don't like anyone except someone that sees the world 100% the way you do. Hey, I know, why don't you run for president?
Have fun guys in your world, I am going back now to the real world were we don't always get what we want.

And don't forget the recent findings that Boeing and Loral and Hughes and the Schwartz stuff...All of a sudden they tell us what we already knew...A bunch of crooks and traitors...
And who lets them off the hook???
Like I've said for years; their agenda is not our agenda...They do things for reasons we will never know about or understand but give us lip service to try and appease us...And the amazing thing is, it works...
There is a group of people, may be hundreds, may be thousands who are shaping and manipulating the world into what they perceive it should be...A little study on the G7 (now 8) is pretty revealing...
We think we have it covered by supporting this Republican or that little war...What we think doesn't mean spit to that group...
Folks don't realize that the Federal Gov't owns and controls everything...It is our largest employer by far and I'm sure that's not by accident...Control our pocktebooks and you can control our lives and how we react to anything...
Let's just keep marching onward, thru the fog...

More concerned with outward appearances than Constitutional government? The same physical characteristics you described cover half of DC, is there a point or just an ad hominem against libertarians?
