Unless you're referring to his personl wealth, where would Bush get money to give away to anyone?... let alone Mexicans.

I would prefer that government doesn't give away money to anybody and I would prefer that we stop all kinds of immigration, both legal and illegal. That said, your above post prejudges 1.2 million Hispanic business people as you associate them all with having broken USA law by coming here.

You should correct your above statement, if that's not what you meant.
