The Venezuela oil company PDVSA is buying 520K barrels from the Brazilian company Petrobras, 400 K from a US-owned Trinidad company, 250 K from a US company and 600 K from a Russian company to cover the Venezuelan deficit and keep the Chavez regime running. Boats will be arriving every 2 days.
