These protesters remind me of the scene in "The Two Towers" where an crafty advisor to the king named "Wormtongue" (I think) argues against going to war -- that the army of blood thirsty zoombies gathering to destroy the city really isn't really so bad.

My heart goes out to these veterans. I can't decide what is more ugly and evil: the terrorist attacks of 9-11 OR the insulting and traitorous stupidity of the anti-war protestors. The doves can claim not to have any ill will against war veterans, but their very actions are a huge slap in the face to all those good men who are, and were, willing to sacrifice their lives to protect our country.

Oh, my goodness, YES!!! I only wish we could send our peaceniks off to the enemy, like Wormtongue was sent off. Exile them all to Iraq, then have someone tell Saddam that they all know military secrets. I wish that God could wake them up to the realities of the world.
