I feel that a terrible action has been set in motion by the president, and it can only end in disaster." Notice how these people never mention the actions of other leaders in the world like saddam, taliban, N Korea, etc. Only our leaders are evil and war like. Idiots.

These idiots! They protested Vietnam, and then when we pulled out, everybody discovered why we were there, viz., to protect the south from the north. When the north overran the south, the north didn't just conquer; they annihilated the south. Then, Joan Baez and some of the other spaced-out hippy retards said we needed to get back over there. Yea. Right.
Let Saddam use a WMD on American soil, and see how "peaceful" these retards are.

Don't get out much, huh?

Let Saddam use a WMD on American soil, and see how "peaceful" these retards are. Sadly, they would still see it as our fault for making saddam do it...idiots indeed.

How dare these filthy socialists desecrate the ground commemorating America's fallen heroes.

I was thinking the same thing. I figured that her social circle was pretty small.

How dare these filthy socialists desecrate the ground commemorating America's fallen heroes. Many American heros, patriots, and combat veterans oppose the upcoming war. And many chickenhawks favor war.

"I would say the anti-war movement is in the majority," Dixon said.Yeah, that's what our local miserable, filthy, socialist maggots say too. They are liars and so are you.

These protesters remind me of the scene in "The Two Towers" where an crafty advisor to the king named "Wormtongue" (I think) argues against going to war -- that the army of blood thirsty zoombies gathering to destroy the city really isn't really so bad.
Did any of you who saw this film recognize the similarities between Wormtongue and our own peaceniks?

"This hurts," said Diran Tookmanian, 57, a Vietnam veteran, whose voice broke slightly as he appeared to hold back tears. "This hurts more than you can imagine." I can imagine it.

Peace For Our Time
by Neville Chamberlain
The following is the wording of the printed statement that Neville Chamberlain waved as he stepped off the plane on 30 September, 1938 after the Munich Conference had ended the day before:
"We, the German Führer and Chancellor, and the British Prime Minister, have had a further meeting today and are agreed in recognizing that the question of Anglo-German relations is of the first importance for our two countries and for Europe.
We regard the agreement signed last night and the Anglo-German Naval Agreement as symbolic of the desire of our two peoples never to go to war with one another again.
We are resolved that the method of consultation shall be the method adopted to deal with any other questions that may concern our two countries, and we are determined to continue our efforts to remove possible sources of difference, and thus to contribute to assure the peace of Europe."
Chamberlain read the above statement in front of 10 Downing St. and said:
"My good friends, for the second time in our history, a British Prime Minister has returned from Germany bringing peace with honour. I believe it is peace for our time...
Go home and get a nice quiet sleep."

My heart goes out to these veterans. I can't decide what is more ugly and evil: the terrorist attacks of 9-11 OR the insulting and traitorous stupidity of the anti-war protestors. The doves can claim not to have any ill will against war veterans, but their very actions are a huge slap in the face to all those good men who are, and were, willing to sacrifice their lives to protect our country.
If you love your freedom, thank a veteran!

The high and mighty has spoken. How much you want to bet the reason that this man has not spoken to anyone who supports the war, is because he never speaks with anyone but his spaced out peace loving friends. This is a prime example of a controlled population, folks. If you are going to make a comment like this and make it truthful you have to canvas multiple demographic not just the liberinazi demographic. My support and my heart goes out to all veterans of the vietnam war. Thank you for serving our country and many prayers for your companions that you may have lost.

Oh, my goodness, YES!!! I only wish we could send our peaceniks off to the enemy, like Wormtongue was sent off. Exile them all to Iraq, then have someone tell Saddam that they all know military secrets. I wish that God could wake them up to the realities of the world. You can't change the world with pure good intentions when a good chunk of the world wants power and dominance and the distruction and suffering of those who do not believe like they do.

Exile them all to Iraq, then have someone tell Saddam that they all know military secrets. When we do our Friday night Freeps against the peaceniks group we periodically have people driving by yelling at them "Go to Iraq, if you like Saddam so much". Some are much more colorful in how they say it, but several give their passing opinion every Friday night.

Not only for the men who fought there but for the families who lost loved ones in Nam. These peaceniks are hateful and I despise them. It is clear there is nothing that could make them stand by America and her fighting men. They had themselves a grand old time in the 60's in our free country where they can defame the brave and honorable. Too bad they won't take their party to Iraq or N.K., and maybe we will get lucky and unlike Jane Fonda they won't come back. Could be they would like Iraq better or could be they might be pushing up daisies. Makes no difference to me because I truly despise them.
