Dincha jes' luv it when he tol' us'n how his fahtha worked in the "miyell" all his life?

Coming from a (barf) slick trial lawyer who sucked up a purported $150M in damage awards (he got a third, I presume), I say he needs to do more PR work on his (barf) image.

"I believe the impeachment vote was Edwards' first vote as Senator."

Edwards is a sitting duck, IMHO, trying to make hisself out to be the next Bill Clinton to his Lib'ral DOLT Base while denying that he's anything like Clinton to the rest of America. It's an impossible ruse to pull off and he'll simply make a fool outta his sleazy arse!!

Watch Limbaugh make Edwards the PosterBoy fer Tort Reform...SITYS!!!

The FIRST description of the Liberal Democrat Boy Senator was that he was "attractive"!!! I guess in the "land of the blind, the ONE-EYED MAN IS KING"! The Dems are so ugly usually that a decent ones looks are mentioned First and Foremost!! That's why they have elevated the Clintons to the throne....pitiful....but true.

I think the "JFK Factor" also comes into play. Clinton used Kennedy as a role model remember, although Hitlery was far from being a Jackie.

Now we have "John" Kerry with the really serious hair, from Massachusetts, no less, who has unashamedly adopted the JFK ambiance.

IMO, "John" Edwards is another JFK pretender to the throne......one photo-op showed him walking hand in hand with cute tots - a boy and a girl - probably named Caroline and John-John.

Hey Mud, happy New Year!
There are some telling poll results in this e-mail I received yesterday.

North Carolinians are getting wise to him; let's hope the rest of the nation does too!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE January 2nd 2003

As Edwards Announces Run for President,
North Carolinians Reject His Ambition

Support for Run Among Home-State Constituents
Continues to Plummet, Now Hovering at Dismal 35%

(Raleigh, N.C.) - As Sen. John Edwards officially announces his quest for the Presidency of the United States, after serving a mere four years as North Carolina's junior Senator, North Carolinians continue overwhelmingly to reject his oversized ambition.

"Sen. Edwards claims to want to be a 'champion of ordinary people' in his quest for the Presidency, but he has failed utterly to meet his first responsibility - to be a champion for the people of North Carolina," said Bill Cobey, Chairman of the North Carolina Republican Party. "Instead, he has been racking up frequent flyer points in trips to New Hampshire, Iowa, Florida, and California."

"North Carolinians see through Sen. Edwards' ambition and lack of experience, according to a recent poll showing a mere 35 percent of North Carolinians supporting his quest," said Cobey. "His claim that this negative result means that North Carolinians want him to remain as a US Senator is stretching the truth beyond all recognition."

"According to results of a Mason-Dixon Poll, statewide, only 43 percent of voters say they will vote to re-elect Edwards, while 16 percent indicate they will consider voting for a Republican challenger and a significant 35 percent will definitely vote to replace Edwards with a Republican." ("Mason-Dixon Poll: Edwards Could Face Tough Re-Election in 2004," wral.com - October 16, 2002) Thus, a majority of North Carolina voters, 51%, would consider or definitely vote for Edwards' yet-to-be-named opponent.

A Liberal Masquerading As a Moderate

Despite Edwards' claims to support "ordinary people," the millionaire liberal trial lawyer shares the same 88% "Liberal Quotient" rating as Sen. Ted Kennedy of Massachusetts, according to the liberal activist organization Americans for Democratic Action (ADA). He received a perfect 100% rating from the largest national lesbian and gay political organization. Finally, as another indication that Edwards is out of touch and out of step with North Carolina, his 88% lifetime "Liberal Quotient" is nearly three times higher than the average for all other Democrat Senators from North Carolina rated by the ADA.

"At a time when doctors in states such as West Virginia are staging walk-outs due to the exorbitant insurance premiums they must pay - courtesy of liberal trial lawyers and countless frivolous lawsuits - John Edwards is clearly not the leader our state and nation need," said Cobey.

After listening to Pretty Boy's idiotic announcement speech yesterday, I listened to the pundits on Fox News, including liberals Morton Krondacke and Susan Estrich. Even these two said that Edwards was nothing more than "Clinton Lite." They really seemed skeptical about Pretty Boy's chances and "gravitas." LOL

BTW, Edwards' gas-passing yesterday about how he's the "champion ordinary people" was so trite, predictable, and unoriginal--I was actually surprised. (LOL, don't these Dimwit even attempt to have original thoughts on occasion?)

If I were The Goron, I'd sue Edwards for plagiarism of Al's "Ah Will Faht For Yew!!!!!" canned speeches.

LOL!

Clinton's hero Senator Fulbright was one of the most notorious of Dixiecrats, yet the country still elected him. Then Bubba gave that racist bastard the fricken presidential medal of freedom or something, what a fricken joke.

"He guessed wrong. Darn the luck - eh?"

Not to be contrary, but his vote was very calculated. He not only bought himself the Klintoon support with that vote, he projected himself into their inner-circle. He was willing to spend a few chips to lose NC "middle of the roaders" in order to access the Klintoon political machine and national level funding machine. He talks with BJ regularly (as reported by the media) seeking advice and conspiring. I happen to believe that he truly thinks BJ is a great guy, but more than that, he sees BJ and Hitlary as his meal ticket to the white house. I would even bet you that they have a plan to sooner or later put Edwards on the same ticket as Hillary. Who would take the top spot? I'm sure it's the Klintoons to call, but they are smart enough to wait to make that decision until they see how well BJ Jr does in the primaries.
