FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida (CNN) --Five victims of a sport utility vehicle crash are recovering in Florida hospitals Thursday after receiving medical aid from incoming Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, R- Tennessee.
Frist, a surgeon, was driving near the accident scene Wednesday on Alligator Alley, the section of Interstate 75 that runs across the Everglades. He stopped and helped emergency workers treat crash victims after an SUV rolled over several times in an apparent tire blowout. A 10-year-old girl died at the scene, according to Broward County Fire Rescue Assistant Chief Todd Leduc.

So how long until Frist gets blamed for the accident because the EvilGOP hasn't voted to ban SUVs?

What a contrast to a certain Senator from NY who actually HIT someone and then DROVE AWAY.

Not to mention letting a woman drown.

I bet they're over at DU saying the "Wellstone Hit Team" caused this accident to make Frist look good.

If Hitlery becomes President, that 'staged' accident will be in the public school history books.
To: Dog Gone
And yet again, in some areas of the 'net, some people are asking if this was 'staged' and lamenting the fact that he did good. I don't need to point out where :) Go Frist!

Frist learned a lot about triage during his medical missionary work in Africa.

Our local TV station in Seattle reported this story without using the anathema word, Republican. Followed by story on Senatory Patty Moron, who "believed the USA should aid Afghanistan," with of course no mention of the $281 million we sent them last year. And so it goes in 2003.
To: Dog Gone
Five bucks says that before the week is out, Hillary! will be loudly calling for "An investigation into Frist's involvement in the death of a 10-year old girl."

No bet.
What should happen is on January 7, after the organizational business, someone ought to introduce a resolution commending Frist for his actions on January 1, 2003. Maybe arrange for that ceremony on the Senate floor?
Definitely this guy deserves a "job well done" Freep!
