What I'm worried about living here in Seattle is, like a poster on another thread said, that if Osama bin Laden came knocking on a door in the city there's a 50/50 chance that the person answering will let him in for the night. I give it about a 25% chance of him being invited to a drum circle in the morning.
So we have the worst of all worlds: a lax Canadian enforcement of incoming aliens into their country, a border like a sieve, and local politically correct citizens that don't think Islamikazis are out to kill us.

This is because they don't have a clue about anything more than 25 miles outside of King County. The 3000 dead from 9-11 are not real to them, just a fairy tale trying to intrude on thir self-involved lives.
Once Al Qaeda has taken advantage of their naivete and killed thousands of people in, say, Seattle, they might start seeing things differently.
Of course, there are many "progressives" in the area who are so self-effacing and morally flaccid that they will embrace suicidal denial, even when staring their own deaths in the face.

yeah, but. They won't nuke us here because they wouldn't want to soil their own backyard. Or frontyard in this case.
