That's an optimistic estimation. Everson v. Board of Education was decided in 1947, and there were plenty more before that.

You're right of course, but under the Reno-Clintons, American Jurisprudence as it was once known, became so blurred as to be almost nonexistence except for the rights of criminals, liberals and other clintonites.
