I would love to find a copy of his book. I wonder how an out-of-print book gets new life?

FYI I found several copies of the book at Amazon and also Half.com. I wasn't sure of the rule about linking to sites, but if anybody wants a copy it is out there.

I intend to go order a copy of Zeifman's book myself.
