Good guy 1, bad guy 0This is good and well. the question in my mind is how many Tennesseans have these credentials "Brown is a former officer with the Tennessee Defense Force. He also ran for the 59th District seat in the state House of Representatives this past November." to obtain a license to carry?

Tennessee changed to a "Shall Issue" CCW state.
Packing.org has the states listed and I keep a map of the CCW states on my hard drive. It gives me a quick access to who lives in a CCW state.
One thing I don't understand is Kansas has a Second Amemdment in their state constitution. What are those people waiting for?

I do wonder, however, if Brown's credentials as a former officer may have given him more leeway than what would be normally given other permit-holders.
