With all the different fashion options available to women, you might try carrying your piece on you. Even in the hottest weather, it's possible to carry a .45. There are vests, flat bottomed blouses, and in the colder months, sweaters.
The failure of women's fashion for a carry mode is the lack of a suitable belt which is the key to securing the holster so it doesn't twist. My belt is a plastic reinforced instrutor's belt that I doubt would look fashionable but with a cover garment it's not visible anyway.

Have you seen the bra holsters? I can't locate a picture online, but they are plastic, molded to one's particular piece, and sewn onto one's personal, mailed-in undergarment at the front middle. Called the 'Bosom Buddy' they were introduced to me in the March/April issue of this magazine:
