NO. The agency acknowledges that the move will be more expensive than moving its top officials elsewhere, but says it's important to keep the executive and administrative staffs close to the Capitol.

Put them all on unpaid leave durring the remodeling and they might even collect more taxes because their departments won't be able to issue new regulations or enforce the ones they have now and the businesses just might be able to make a profit!

Better yet just fire them all and eliminate the departments and sell the buildings!
