SAN JOSE, Calif.(AP) - A terminal at San Jose's international airport was evacuated Sunday morning after a man was found on the concourse without a ticket.

The unidentified man was found without a ticket in Terminal A at about 11 a.m., according to Transportation Security Administration spokeswoman Suzanne Luber. The terminal was evacuated and all passengers were taken off their planes, she said.

In the olden days, pre-90s, it was great to fly in and out of.

If you were one of the hundreds already sitting or getting on planes and getting ready to leave after waiting for 2 or 3 hours, you might be tempted to scream or yell , but then, you might also get arrested.

We wouldn't want to take a chance, would we?

It's newsworthy because the guy should have never made it thru security into the terminal without being a ticketed passenger. This was an oops with some of the new TSA folks in charge of things. Not good. No harm no foul in this case, but ...

I hope he was just drinking a beer or two at inflated prices watching football, but who knows these days?

The man was confused, had somehow become separated from his family. No word of how he made it thru security checkpoint without ticket, however.

This is the 3rd security breach at this airport since November. Thousands were evacuated.

Norm is a Poster child for the Silicon Valley. He was at Lockheed for years before hitting the high road for politics. The San Jose City Council, the daffiest group of libs, decided a name change would be a good way to recognize him for his contributions to the area. His family was interned in WW2, too.

This is the same City Council that is now building a $350 million dollar City Hall in Downtown San Jose. They are nothing more then a bunch of arrogant jerks siphoning off and pissing away city residents taXdollars and trying to act like goodies goodies as they do their dastardly deeds in wreaking municipal havoc.

The current Mayor, Ron Gonzalez, has political aspirations for higher state office so this was a good way to earn some bonus points with some biggie wiggie demRats in the area. IMO.
