What kind of work do you do, and what is your salary?

I build training programs for hotel systems. I do OK financially. 30K would be a significant pay cut, but it would be temporary. If I were in Dallas, I'd be all over that Krispy Kreme job. Good company. Who knows? Could open up a whole new career: Regional Manager? Maybe a job in the head office if you really excel.

Simple logic here folks. And extra 13 weeks is just a band-aid that will pay nothing in the end.
