Is the governor of WA a Republican? Would a republican be appointed to replace her? If so, great.

If not, I'd rather she stay in the Senate and stand for her remarks in the 2004 election.

I would like to see her stay. First if she resigns we don't gain anything because the Gov. of Wa. is Dem. Second I would love to see the political ads that would run against her.

I envision something on TV like a split screen, on the left side the World Trade Center videos, on the right side, Taliban Patty singing the praises of Osama Bin Laden. then put "paid for by the Republican Party" at the bottom.
