I just saw a TV commercial which implies that when a person buys some drugs that they are responsible for all the criminal activity that the drug cartels support and commit during their regular business activitites. I noticed that these commercials are sponsored by the Feds. Are the people who ignore the Constitution and refuse to defend our borders (the Feds) also responsible for all of the criminal activities of the drug cartels?
