They should not be rewarded for breaking the laws, also if they weren't here legally, they must have used stolen Social Security numbers if they paid any taxes. Paying a tax doesn't qualify someone for welfare programs.

Mexican ex-presidents (there are 5) make 10 times what a US ex-president is paid ---$5 million a year. Fox obviously expects to get his $5 million a year ----but if his country is so hard up for money, why doesn't he cut back this payment and use it to build a Social Security system for his people?

My suggestion is to force these people to prove what they've paid into the system and if it can be verified just pay them back only the $ they've contributed. Why give them to opportunity to attach themselves to the gov't. trough and end up being paid far more than they ever put into the system.
