California judicial canons, controlled by the Supreme Court, already demand that judges divest themselves from groups that discriminate against women and minorities. So am I to assume that there are groups in California that "discriminate against women & minorities" and that some of these groups are obviously known, as judges had to "divest themselves from" them?
I wonder what these groups are?

While nobody is saying anything...I would assume that its a heck of alot broader on which organizations you can and can't be a member of. California may be helping itself depopulate. If I were a CEO and looking at the cost of operating in California...the cost of taxes...the political troubles...the earthquakes...I would just say adios and head off to AZ or Neveda. The state may find itself in 20 years...with a tremendous Latino population who basically run politics in the state. I think the whimpy politicans who are running the show now may be heading to a major shock when Latinos ride in and state the standard operating procedure in California. A shift in 1,000,000 Latino voters could really change the whole landscape in California.
