Miss Marple's favorite, Bill Kristol, just slammed Hillary and the Dems about the whole race issue. Said what we are saying - they are overreaching and it will backfire on them. Asked for "proof" that GOP wins in South are due to Confederate flag or other race-baiting. Funny, he didn't sound like a double-agent to me, in fact I think he is lurking based on what he said!

I think Frist has an 88% ACU rating - that's pretty good. He is a terrific organizer. He has the ability to see the big picture (visionary) and to get things done - a rarity in politics. I think he'll do a good job.

rintense, I love you girl...but I think you might be playing right into the media's hands when you basically say that Rove is running the show. That is an insult to President Bush who has been reported to slap Rove down if he thinks he's out of line. The media hates Rove and they plant an awful lot of hate stories about him. Even Fox has fallen into the trap. I have more respect for the President than you do, I guess. He is nobody's fool.

Wrong! Republicans should have been fighting back against the liberal establishment for the last three weeks.

Republicans should have been fighting back since the New Jersey Supreme Court stole the Senate election from Forrester. Everthing since has stemmed from that, from South Dakota to Lott. I doubt that the Lott flap would have legs if the Senate were 52-47-1, or 53-46-1.

And I always think of a comment Condi Rice made some time ago, that when her father was finally allowed to register to vote in the 60s, he tried to register as a democrat, and was turned away! They refused to accept his registration.

He then registered as a republican where he was welcomed.

Condi said that if the republican party was good enough for her father, it's good enough for her!
