To: Anitius Severinus Boethius
How was the strong female character related to Frodo's problem (one of only 3 that I can think of and in the book she is a much stronger presence than any of the others.)? Does Jackson leave it at the cliff hanger that's in the book? If so how did that go over? Since the media hasn’t been talking about it I’m curious. Can’t go to the movie until latter this week.

I left out the details on this character so that I don’t spoil the surprise for those that haven’t read the books or otherwise know the story.

The Two Towers ends with Gollum debating Smeagol and them both deciding that they will lead Frodo to her. So she is in the next film all together.

A non-cliff-hanger to the non-book reading fans, but a horrifying cliff-hanger for those who know the story.
