Of course, there's no idea which CONOCO station this is, who this guy is, or even if the disembodied voice that called this in is telling the truth.
So let's all go off from the half-cocked position :o)

Even Middle Easterners over there in their own countries should avert their gaze from the eyes of our brave fighting brothers and sisters who have to come over there and clean up that mess up. What did these "innocent civilians" do all the years their children were being indoctrinated to envy, hate and murder westerners? To think this may have happened in Houston, Texas!
To: Alkhin
If an AMERICAN said that to "someone from a middle eastern country" how quick would there be a lawsuit and public flogging?

Excuse me...as long as this guy is an American citizen, what he did isn't illegal, much as you may like it to be. He's entitled to his opinion, no matter how wrong, and he reserves the right to serve or refuse to serve whomever he chooses at his PRIVATELY OWNED business.
The same crap happened when soldiers came back from the Vietnam War. It may not have been right, but it was perfectly legal. No one is under any compulsion to morally support war. That's why we HAVE the conscientious objector clause in the first place.
You are free to boycott this man's business and encourage your friends to do the same. But to pressure corporate headquarters to take a man's livelihood away because YOU don't agree with his viewpoint is unconsciable.
Now, if this guy is NOT an American citizen, by all means, deport his a$$.

Houston FReepers, if you have the information about the address of the station and the number to Conoco, please spread around. Houstonians are already calling into Conoco demanding the oil company take the franchise away from the man who did this to our military. And don't forget to give a call to Homeland Security to have them keep a close eye on this guy.

Generally a station will either be company owned or branded. The company owned station (usually the larger, open 24/7, high volume, mini-mart/car wash, carry all fuel grades and diesel) is usually leased to the operator. They cant do much until the lease expires, usually.
If its a branded station (usually the smaller, non-24/7, mom/pop type stations) about the only thing they can do is pull the signs. Theyd probably have to wait until the contract expired to do that too.
Here are my thoughts on this subject.
One of the many great things about this country is that we enjoy so many freedoms unlike other places in the world. Those freedoms include the right to refuse service to anyone as well as the right to to refuse to do busness with anyone and especially the right to bring everyone's attention to when someone denies you service simply because you're a conservative or a freeper or you're a politically incorrect person.
What the fella simply was doing was calling everyone's attention to the fact that he was denied service simply because the person running the station didn't like what he looked like. Other people heard about this and are vowing not to do business with that place ever again. That is what this nation is all about. The right to address these matters and choose who we do business with.
It's too bad that we have some Democrat plants (and yes, Chancellor Palpatine whather you like it being said or not you are indeed a Democrat plant) who are choosing to have a problem with people like myself being called to attention on this matter so we'll know who not to do business with. NOBODY wants to do business with someone with a bad attitude like that. There is no getting along with people who want to deny service to those simply because they don't like what they stand for or what their politics are. This fella needs to be put out of business for this kind of attitude and I'm sure people will notice this and take their business elsewhere.
As I've said people do have a right to deny service to whoever they want but we as consumers also have the right not to do business with these people also.
Regards.

This appears to be a hoax as reported on Channel 11 (KHOU) and Channel 2 (KPRC) 5 o'clock news. Conoco has viewed the tape frame by frame and did not find the incident on the tape. I did not find anything about the story on either channel's website at the time of this posting.
