True. Most leaders have a recognizable spinal chord. This guy obviously does not. He caved in the impeachment trial because he had Lewisky before Slick did. She got passed around more than a olympic baton, according to some sources. This may be THE main reason he 'plays ball' with the left.

He also caved on committee heads when they gained a senate advantage the previous time.

Anybody getting the feeling he made this remark on purpose, knowing that possible repercussions might occur, rendering him another non-factor in crucial decision-making during tough times, the RINO he truly is.

We all know there's more than one of those in the senate!
