One of the methods the terrorist sympathizers have used to make money is cigarette smuggling. With New York's tobacco tax being so high, I wonder if this guy was distributing cigarettes from out of state (North Carolina or Kentucky). Mom and Pop stores might be willing to look the other way on the absence of a tobacco stamp if the wholesale cost was significantly lower.
