I am an ex smoker for over 6 years now, but, I am against little old ladies or over bearing Dr.'s telling people what they can't do. This area is too conservative to put up with politicians who would try this. It will go down in flames. Watch out McDonalds, they are coming after you next.

I quit a month and a half ago after 40 years, but the elite feel that they can violate rights because so few smoke and vote.
I always wonder if they will figure out how few are the numbers of voters who are also JEWISH. Getting the minorities(voter-wise) is always the answer, especially when they want more revenue-- $10.00 more per carton in this article alone.

From your lips to God's ear. I hope you're right, but these crusaders are good at what they do (trample rights).

This area is too conservative to put up with politicians who would try this. You think the 74% who support the ban is overstated ? Even with bias its a long way to 51% from 74%.
