"This is not a small affair," Interior Minister Nicolas Sarkozy told the National Assembly. "This is serious. When one finds people who have this material we do well to arrest them." That isn't enough. You've got to figure out who bankrolled and sent them your way and bomb or otherwise kill THOSE people. The guy who can pay for biowar and the guy who delivers it are guaranteed not to be the same guy.

Puzzling why Al Qeda would be after France.
The stated aim of Osama was to punish the Infidels (U.S.) for having troops on holy Muslim ground (Saudi Arabia).
Al Qeda cannot be after France for supporting Israel or the US as France does neither.
What does bubba think? What did France do to warrant such anger?
Perhaps they just like to kill.

But how can this be? Europe was supposed to be safe after they decided to throw the Israelis to the wolves and curse America. As for this brilliant French victory, I'll lay anybody 6:1 odds that it came about as a result of American intelligence services.
