Come on. The basis for this suit is "freedom of information act," not the wrongdoing the Clintons did. Do you think that the New York Times and the Washington Post should get all the emails in the Bush White House with just a "freedom of information act" request? Think ahead, this is a very bad precedent.

I guess now that Judicial Watch lost it's case against Dick Cheney and extended their record of losing 12,597 cases in-a-row, They're now back to begging from Conservatives as they announce their next "never to be won" case against the Clinton's

This is why Al quit the presidential race - he's got to get those missing e-mails out of the country.
If I remember correctly there were an estimated 89,000 missing e-mails from Al gore's files, wern't there? Anybody remember the details of that flap....? Clue me in -its a dim memory now.

$12 Million to store the email? What are they doing, engraving the contents on gold bars? Lets assume that the average email is 10k (probably high). 1.8 million X 10k = 18m(k)or 18,000 Meg. A CD-R holds about 600 Meg. Therefore it would take about 30 CDs to store this. That would cost about $15 at the going rate.
$12 Million?

THAT SHOULD MAKE FOR GOOD READING!

Okay, fine. First, who's going to conduct the search? It has to be someone with no political axe to grind, and a desire for truth, or the Dem destruction machine will simply crank up again.
Second, what's going to happen if "evidence" arises that Hillary! indeed was the mastermind?
Does anyone REALLY think the government's going to prosecute Hillary! for this? See above comment regarding the Dem destruction machine.
Finally, as you can see by the "keyword" remarks above, Mr. Clayman has lost a LOT of credibility with FReepers. Pardon us if we consider this just one more isolated press release that represents another cul-de-sac.

"The truth is out there....." . Unfortunately, Americans will never see it! There's some unwritten law that Presidents don't rat out previous Presidents. Otherwise Carter would be doing life without parole! Does anyone know what clinton's PD 25 was all about? No? And you never will!!!!!!!!!!!!

The court is in now considering whether to
commence criminal contempt proceedings.

a federal judge ordered Friday that Clinton White House email be searched for email related to the FBI files (Filegate) scandal. The decision, issued by The Honorable Royce C. Lamberth, ordered that the e-mail accounts of Hillary and Bill Clinton and many other Clinton-Gore White House officials be searched. Judge Lamberth overuled the Bush Justice Departments efforts to block the search into the heretofore hidden Clinton e-mails.

Yep it sounds good, but don't get your hopes up. All the informative e-mail might be MIA and this is just the left over junk. Don't mean to be a killjoy, but the CLINTON-GORE Administration & Associates seem to be slippier than the "Teflon Don" was (most of his life). My humble opinion, of course.
