Nowhere in the article does it state that. How would anyone know unless they were familiar with the facts of the case? (Which I wasn't.) I asked if the priest had served jail time. I then said that child molesters (not just the one in question) should be jailed.
I'm glad that you're up on the details of the case. I'm also glad that the child-molester/priest went to jail. He also needs to register in his new location as a sex offender (if he hasn't already).
Do you have any other details of the case that you can provide? Or a link to the details?
