Didn't a former CO at ST2 get in hot water in the early 70s over something similar?
Affirmative per scuttlebutt at the time. This was when I was on medically resricted duty so i was not there at the time. The dog was not eaten and the dog had a long chain so that it was not just go in there and kill the pup. All in all I am glad the CO who ordered this had his resignation accepted. I know he got out but the exact details were not abundantly clear.
