That would however require the minimum wage be increased to at least $10.00 / hour so these poor people could have a chance to better themselves. This is where the Republican party goes so far wrong. Keeping the minimum wage down so low is another form of slavery. We will always lose the black vote until it is raised.

How about if we quit subsidizing illegtimacy so that there is a father in the black family and so that they don't drop out of school and can qualify for more than minimum wage jobs
