What's personal about this is Lott's statement a week ago Thursday - you bet that's personal - it insulted blacks, it insulted my Party, it insulted my President, it insulted my National Security Advisor, it insulted my Secretary of State, & it insulted potential black Republicans. And he's apologized. Just tonight, your "insulted" President accepted Lott's apology.
