I vote for Rudy Guiliani to replace Kissinger...I'm glad he's gone..too much baggage. And, I'm glad he let Mitchell resign first.

Clearly, Kissenger and Mitchell didn't know what they were getting into -- a highly controversial investigation, involving a major investment of time, and no pay!
