I got one of LL Bean's small LED that operates off 3 small hearing aid type batteries for my fly fishing pack.

The light this little less than 3 inches long and about .5 inches in diameter puts out is amazing.

I will be buying one of the ones that fits on your fishing hat. The light put out by one of these little guys is really great.

I have a couple of the small LED flashlights. They work well. I'd like to have one the BIG ones though.
