When we have all these high tides that we started having a couple of weeks ago, some rains to fill in those settlement ponds , lakes or whatever down river like this week, we could have the formula for some very expensive flooding.

Throw in a couple of 12 inch rain days plus really high tides and no place for the water to go down stream and Shazam, we have floods again.
