My brother has worked quite closely with the city of Salt Lake and their employees over land issues, parking stuff, etc. He said morale is incredibly low amongst the SLC city staff. Rocky Anderson is a micro-manager of the worst kind, he has his nose in everyone's job, and of course, he can do anything better and more correctly than anyone else. My brother said that Rocky also needs to get a life, Rocky lives, breathes, and dies by being mayor. He works 18 hours a day (but what does he accomplish, other than giving heartburn to the city...)

Every time I think of Rocky Anderson, I picture Lt. Fuzz saying, "Tents, Atroopshun!!" Then stamping his feet and saying, "Stop that laughing."
