you get behind Jesse the racist!

"White America and the government is under the impression that when they say something bad about [Mr. Jackson], it's a racial thing," said Mr. Williams, who lost to U.S. Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. in the March Democratic primary this year.
"But we have done some very serious self-examination, and when we look at this man and what he has done, the community has benefited very little."

Black leaders plan Jesse Jackson protest

By Steve Miller THE WASHINGTON TIMES

A contingent of black business leaders and clergy will march today on the Chicago headquarters of the Rev. Jesse Jackson's Rainbow/PUSH Coalition to protest what they call Mr. Jackson's "self-anointment" as a black leader. "Jesse Jackson has passed himself off as a leader of African Americans," said the Rev. Lance Davis, a Chicago-area minister who has led three other protests against Mr. Jackson in the past month. "Mr. Jackson is not a leader, and he is not a role model, yet he has been represented as one by the media and by himself and his supporters." The protesters, a loosely knit group of about 300 who call themselves Voices of Morality, are also asking businesses and corporations to ignore Mr. Jackson, who has forced major companies to adopt expensive diversity programs under the threat of boycott.

This is the opening salvo in a campaign to demonize Lott the way Newt was. It will fail because no one likes Traitor Lott to begin with. Instead of leaping to defend him when bad things are said about him, patriotic Republicans everywhere will nod their heads and say, "True. But we can't seem to get rid of him."

Lott's response should be:

"When Jesse Jackson turns 100 years old, I won't complain if he's honored at his ceremony by the Senate Democrat, hopefully minority, leader, who says what a better country if would have been if he'd been elected president, but fails to mention him referring to New York as hymietown, or his cavorting with one mistress, that we know of, or his alleged shaking down of corporate America. Those just aren't the kind of issues that you raise when you're honoring someone on their 100th birthday, and if Jesse ever gets to that plateau, I hope he's honored in the same way that I've honored Strom."

When you are right...you are right... I am glad to see that the distinguished Right Reverend Al Sharpton and me, myself & I, Agent Smith, are completely in agreement that Chester Lott should be history. Chester, the cheerleader, is a complete IDIOT!

"When Strom Thurmond ran for President we voted for him. [Laughter] We're proud of it. [More laughter] And if the rest of the country had followed our lead, we wouldn't have had all these problems over all these years, either."

For the life of me, I can't understand how any of this is racist. Perhaps some sensitive soul will explain it to me so that I can become a PC language cop.

After all, he's talking about Thurmond's run for the presidency and the fact that we "voted for him?" And this is racist? It's a joke, for crying out loud.

He didn't even mention Thurmond's Senate run; he didn't mention any of the early career of Thurmond. Methinks the language Nazis need to take a pill. Saying those comments are racist is a real stretch.

The only difference is that my call that Chester Lott should be DUMPED, preceded Reverend Al's by several YEARS.

LOTT = LIABILITY
