GWB is more clever than that. He can get a more subtle message across. I'm just expressing how I feel, and telling how it is in the real world, and looking for a rock to beat rabid dogs on the head.

And it is a good idea. It's called deterrence. What would you have us do? Send Jimmy Carter to ask them pretty please with sugar on top?
