The cover pages are in English and the title states: "Currently Accurate, Full and Complete Declaration of the Past Nuclear Program." (Emphasis mine.)

I guess it'll be a while until they get around to the Present Nuclear Program, huh?

Reminds me of the subtitle of Terry Pratchett's "GOOD OMENS: THE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE PROPHECIES OF AGNES NUTTER, WITCH."

The Iraqi document contain more jokes.

Monday morning I hope a lightning fast and hard raid is pulled of in Iraq where they just to in, get a ton of hard evidence that Iraq is still lying, then bug out of the there.

Monday night the pres can go on TV and present the evidence, and prove how useless the UN inspectors are. Then we liberate Iraq with no-holds-barred military force.

If you think this falls into 'loose lips' territory, pull it.

"...THE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE PROPHECIES OF AGNES NUTTER, WITCH."

Hillarious!
