Staunchly Democrat: Orleans, Calcasieu, East Carroll, Madison, Tensas, Catahoula, Concordia, Avoyelles (birthplace of Edwin Washington Edwards), Natchitoches, Claiborne, (formerly Republican) Caddo, DeSoto, Bienville, West Baton Rouge, Pointe Coupee, Allen, Evangeline, Jefferson Davis, and Red River (a very small parish south of Shreveport).
Caddo: Shreveport
DeSoto: Mansfield
Bienville: Arcadia
West Baton Rouge: Port Allen (I think)
Jefferson Davis: Jennings
Red River: Coushatta
Tensas: St. Joseph, Newellton, Waterproof
East Carroll: Lake Providence
Claiborne: Homer, Haynesville
Pointe Coupee: Morganza
Avoyelles: Marksville and (I think) Bunkie
Concordia: Ferriday (home of Howard K. Smith and Jimmy Swaggart) and Vidalia
Catahoula: tiny Harrisonburg
Natchitoches: Natchitoches, one of the oldest towns in the state and my birthplace!
Orleans: New Orleans (and, I guess, nothing else)
I forgot to mention Terrebonne (literally "Good Land"), which is Houma. I think it is very competitive and will likely split 50-50 in this Senate race.
If Terrell can split Caddo 50-50, she should win.
