If you live in Seattle, and have been annoyed by KCTS 9, then this article is pretty amusing.  I've lived, literally , across the street from these bozos for 10 years and have been constantly amazed by how lame they are.

I suppose it's my proximity to the actual studios that has jaded me:  I've gotten to know some of the liberal snots that work there, including the absolutely freaky woman who lived in the apartment below me and the other nut-job that lived down the hall - both of whom made my apartment manager's life hell, so I'm taking a great deal of pleasure in seeing the suffering of the station.

Especially suffering which has forced them into highly unethical financial deals.

Let's face it folks, if PPS can't make it in Seattle, PPS has some serious problems ahead.

I read this yesterday and almost posted it...it's long and boring. But for us PBS aholics, it's a gold mind. Thanks.

Well, duh...they show programming about how normal being gay is, get rid of Ruykeyser, and do a lot of other stupid stuff....we used to give them money, figuring it was better coming from us voluntarily, than from the government, but they went over the top with their gay childrens program. No wonder they're on the brink of disaster. It's the GOVERNMENT stupid!

I live in Bellingham but I get the Seattle station. Every time they have a pledge drive I call them and tell them I wouldn't give them a dime as long as they are so left wing. I tell them about Bill Moyers who profits from the programming we pay for. Barney too. All that merchandising goes to the Barney people. Not back to the taxpayers. So this is good news that they are suffering. Let 'em suffer.

Gee.

Sounds like, hey ya know, they could perhaps, like, ya know, maybe change programming a little...

Run "one" conservative talk show maybe? Sell that one to other stations?
