Will the ICTY cut off its nose despite its face?
Under ICTY 'rules' the US is responsible for war crimes (even if it happend under the x.42 administration), but the US provides most of the funding for the ICTY.
Then we have seen the ICTY dismissing the bombing of Belgrade TV centre with the loss of 17 lives as a crime.
Then we see that Yugoslavia is persisting with its legal case against NATO for damages which Yugoslavia has to drop if it is to be able to join the Partnersh*tForPeace programme, regardles of co-operation with the ICTY.

X.42 has left W. a sticky mess to clear up, though I'm sure that the gap between the rhetoric of international law on human rights and actions will be glossed over by the ever compliant Media. Looking forward to the future amazing feats doublespeak that the Humanitarian bombers and their Media suporters will use to twist through this thorny problem. Cr*pola. 'Nuff said.
