I agrre that the secretary is 'off', but they have all been that way; its the UN system. What do I mean? How did Annan become UN leader? In a similar way (since its an oligarchy, perhaps precisely the
same way) that Commie China and Commie USSR selectively eliminate anyone who has a backbone or a hint of non-orthodoxy...until there is only a couple of groomed candidates for the leadership. So this means he is a career yes man and just a cog in the machine.
BTW, the UN was an instrument of the Internationale and World Communism/Socialism. So why is it still here and in power? Its core ideology has passed into history. Godless powers and constitutions/charters have been tested and they fail. Three cheers for the US Constitution/State with its Rights originating from the Creator, not the State or the people themselves.
