I was only hanging around to find out the big haps on November 19, but since our new guest is so shy and doesn't want to elucidate I need to "move on" to get something accomplished today.
Good thing the "fun" mod is on duty. LOL
How's that? Anyone who was paying attention in those days knew the Soviet Union's days were numbered. When we started building up our military in the 80's we knew the Soviet's would have to keep pace and any economist would have told you that the Soviet economy would not be able to sustain it.

Tuesday, November 19, was truly [1] a black, black day for this nation and one I never dreamed would happen here. Many fellow RATS never dreamed what Bill Clinton would do to his party. John Kennedy would never have dreamed what the RAT party would become.
I remember vividly as a child watching Nikita Khrushchev standing at the UN beating his shoe against the podium and shouting that they (the then Soviet Union) would take us over without firing a shot. I don't know whether to feel sorry for the author having been shortchanged of gray matter or simply mock him (or her). If Jodie really remembers distinctly, Jodie would remember that the words were "We will bury you." Little did we know or ever dream then that the Soviet Union would fall Fortunately, we had a president with moral clarity and vision. He did not have to dream about it -- he made it happen and destroyed one of the two great evils of th 20th Century. but that a truly [2] evil man from Texas and his equally evil regime from Cheney on down I guess he must be evil. He has raped women, assaulted another in the White House, intimidated witnesses, committed perjury, suborned perjury, took a 900K bribe and allowed missile technology to be sold to the ChiComs, and allowed a "trouble stalker" to get top secret clearance at the Pentagon. Wait a minute. That wasn't Bush. That's the other guy. would take us over from within In this country, we call it an election. We have national elections every two years and a presidential election every four years. I don't think that is a takeover, but rather the will of the people. and that the Democrats would completely collapse before our eyes and help him do it. You got this one right. The RATS have collapsed. This truly [3] began with the stolen election of 2000. Unfortunately for the loser, he wanted to cheat his way into the White House. Rather that asking for a recount of the entire state, which most people probably would have supported, he and his henchmen chose to demand a recount in his four strongest counties. That was not only cheating, but was very stupid strategy that was simply unacceptable to the American people. A little research will show that our president really did win Florida under any of the recount schemes.
I truly [4] wouldn't blame the French if they came and took back that gift they gave us a century ago, the Statue of Liberty. We will gladly provide you and Alec a plane ticket if you promise to stay there. It's truly [5] meaningless now and only stands as a very sad reminder of what we once were. Those who value America's role in advancing freedom around the world don't see it as meaningless. Jodie is a pathetic puke.
Every American who cares deeply for this nation and what we once stood for should be sad. Every American? Go check the polls. Most Americans are grateful that we have a president who recognizes good and evil. We are grateful that we have a president who is Churchillian rather than Chamberlainesque. Those traitor Democrats in the House and Senate should think about what they have helped to destroy in two short years. We are not at war yet so "traitor" does not apply. I would agree, however, that several of your RATS are treasonous in their behavior.
Jodie, because politics and support of the RATS is your religion, we know how this affected you. We don't feel your pain. We don't care about you. We are at war with those who want to destroy Western Civilization. While you are whining, the rest of America will do what is necessary.
