Yeah... just points out that yes, oil IS worth a certain amount of blood. Nothing wrong with that. I was thinking the same thing. Like it or not it is the truth.
How much of your blood are you willing to spill? Do you have a handy pint/barrel ratio we should use? I'd rather just buy the stuff. What's wrong with doing that?

I think of it more as shedding blood to keep Saddam Hussein from using force to acquire control of a large chunk of the world's proven oil reserves to finance the building of a truly formidable military machine and weapons of mass destruction.
It's not the oil. It's what he'd do with it.
