Until it rained.
For a while, folks were using the vines for weaving, much like cane or wicker is sometimes used. Only problem is that you need to keep it away from the kitchen or bathroom. Yep.
The woven baskets would start sprouting, then growing as much as a foot of offshoots a day, worse if there was sunlight around. Hardy stuff.

I would not recommend this stuff for horses, their digestive system is too delicate and this will colic them up. A goat is the answer, if you have more than a 40' right of way then 2 or 3 goats should do it. I don't know about llamas. I have as little to do with cows as possible (worked one summer on a dairy farm and another on a beef cattle ranch, and THAT was enough for me), but I suppose their comprehensive digestive system would make short work of the kudzu.
You have everybody in my house ROTFL. That stuff is nasty. (We are in VA).
We need a goat.
Can the stuff be used to make likker?
