Yes porn can have a direct impact on some people, but so do a lot of things (drinking, tobacco, and TV to name a few)

In my opinion, the abortion issue is damaged when groups like this stress how antiporn they are. A lot of the American public watches and enjoys porn without being harmed by it. These people may have trouble supporting anti-abortion groups that also campaign against porn.

And even more enjoy the stupid women's fashion magazines that CWA is complaining about here. CWA is not complaining about Playboy, they are complaining about Mademoiselle and those other magazines with the "10 ways to improve your sex life" sub-headlines.

Maybe when you have passed your highly-sexed pubescent years, you'll realize that true conservatism views both abortion and pornography as truly abhorrent.

Given that it is a Christian women's organization, I can understand why it might stand for righteousness within the public square - on multiple issues affecting women. Particularly since there are many single-issue organizations out there.
